If you make a small batch of wine (like 1 Gallon) you might be able to drink it fairly quickly, and the bottle is small enough to probably just store in your fridge. But if you're making multiple batches (or are using a standard 5 Gallon carboy to make a larger batch) you'll want to bottle it.

Bottling can be done cheaply or expensively. If you want to save money, you can re-use beer bottles (but they have to be the right kind). If you want to spend some money on nicer bottles (like swing-tops for instance), you can do that too. Either way, you will need to sanitize your bottles just like you did for your carboy.
